Where are your security systems monitored from?
Our UL-approved, central station monitoring facilities are located right here in the Chicagoland area. We also have two backup central stations that would be used in the event of a natural disaster or during extreme weather conditions.
What size system do I need?
We don’t have a “one size fits all” approach; every Alert Protective, Inc system is tailored for your unique needs. What’s more, we don’t over-design our systems: we take pride in recommending exactly what you need for optimum protection without unnecessary frills.
Do I rent my system, or do I own it?
Ownership is the way to go. Leasing a system tends to be more expensive in the long run. It saddles you to a long-term contract that may not be an ideal solution. If your needs change, or if the system installed isn’t performing well, you may be stuck.
